CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe that having a 24 hour cancellation policy is fair to both student and teacher.  Private music instruction is something that requires both dedication and consistency.   

We understand that life can get busy sometimes and you may have to miss a lesson. 

Our policy is that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of the cancellation of your lesson. This will ensure that your time slot can be made available to another student.

If the lesson is cancelled, there is no obligation to make-up that lesson.  

Your lessons will continue as previously scheduled.

If a lesson is cancelled and 24 hours notice is not given, the full cost of the lesson will be charged to your account/card on file.

For students who consistently cancel their appointments, even when proper notice has been given, the studio or director may suggest that no further lessons be booked until the student is able to commit to attending consistently.
